Fellow members of the Triangle business community,

An efficient and effective transportation system is vital as we work to serve our customers. That is especially true in the Triangle region, one of the largest and fastest-growing service areas for our companies. 

To keep this dynamic region moving, we, and many other forward-looking companies, participate in the Regional Transportation Alliance – the voice of the regional business community on transportation in this area since 2002.

We have seen first-hand how RTA membership enables us to understand the challenges regarding transportation here in the Triangle, while having a vehicle to provide input on issues that impact our current and future employees and customers. We have found that participating in RTA is a good business decision that delivers key information and opportunities to engage in the discussion on the important topic of regional transportation. 

Quite simply, RTA delivers results. RTA spearheaded the advancement of building I-540 in western Wake, and we have led the efforts to accelerate bus rapid transit in our region, as well as vital improvements to I-40. As our market continues to grow, we know that a consistent business focus will be needed to identify and advance solutions for regional mobility as well as air service connectivity.
