Fantastic Airline CEO Forum

Earlier today around 150 RTA members and partners, including a number of elected officials and representatives, enjoyed an outstanding RTA Airline CEO Forum, featuring Copa Airlines CEO Pedro Heilbron. The event was presented by the Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority and featured the chief executive of the most on-time airline in the western hemisphere. Mr. Heilbron has been in his role for more than 30 years, and we were blessed to gain his perspectives on growing Copa Airlines as we welcome our newest international airline to RDU. RSVP for a field visit to 540, before it opens this summer

Later this summer, we will enjoy the opening of 18 miles of new multimodal freeway in southern Wake County. We are also only one month away from our next RTA field visit, where you will have an opportunity to network with your fellow RTA members while visiting a portion of the future 540 freeway, including a behind the scenes view of the advanced tolling system. Registration is now open for the RTA field visit of 540, which will be held on the morning of Thursday, May 23rd. You can have more than one member from your firm attend, but you do need to register in advance here.
