Final RSVP deadline today: RTA Airline CEO Forum
We are only one week away from our RTA Airline CEO Forum, featuring Copa Airlines CEO Pedro Heilbron. The event is presented by the Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority and features the chief executive of the most on-time airline in the western hemisphere. Mr. Heilbron has been in his role for more than 35 years, so we will be able to gain decades of insights on leadership. RTA Bronze members or higher have tickets included with their membership. An outstanding intercity visit, with more to come
Last week I had the opportunity to attend the Raleigh Chamber Intercity Visit and Leadership Conference to Atlanta. It was extraordinarily well-attended, with around 175 people visiting Georgia’s capital city and region. It included multiple site visits as well as public policy discussions related to economic development, multimodal transportation, and other growth-related topics. Kudos to our Raleigh Chamber colleagues for a “home run” visit — read more about the trip, along with the locations of upcoming intercity visits later this year from several of our member chambers, in this week’s blog.
