Transportation colleagues from Maryland and North Carolina,
RTA and Montgomery County, Maryland will hold a special focus session on project development and alternative delivery for transit, as a follow-up to the RTA leadership tour to suburban Maryland this summer.
The interactive session will be held online only (via Teams), on Wednesday, October 14, from 10 am to 11:30 am.
Agenda focuses will include:
- Selection, execution, and evaluation of alternative delivery methods
- Internal, embedded, and external staffing and partnerships
- Lessons learned and ongoing challenges on project development and delivery
The session is open to all, whether or not you participated in the RTA visit this summer. There is no cost to attend, although pre-registration is required.
