Valerie Jordan serves as RTA’s regional transit vice chair. She is Cisco’s US IBM Partner Account Manager, a role in which she is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to accelerate impact for Cisco, setting multi-year vision and investment strategies supporting IBM’s unique value and GTM strategy. Valerie works to align Cisco’s key objectives to IBM’s objectives and structure to turn around trends in US working with IBM’s Systems Integration, Strategic Outsourcing, Managed Maintenance Service and Consulting teams. Previously, she served 10 years as a account manager with IBM.
She has also served as a board member for Triangle Family Services. Valerie attended the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University where she earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Business Administration and Management. Previously, she received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Public Administration. from North Carolina Central University.
